 Introduction:

Spiral classifier is using the particle for different particle size and different specific gravity of solid, which is with different settling velocity. The fine particle floating in the water to be overflow, the coarse particle would sink to the bottom and to be discharged by the spiral sector, which to achieve the role of classification and filter. The coarse particle would be fed into the grinding machine by spiral sector,

and the fine particle would be discharge from the overflow pipe. The base material of spiral classifier is channel steel, the body is welded by steel plate. The shaft head and intake head of the screw shaft adopt the cast iron sleeve which is durable and wear-resisting. The lifting equipment is electric operation.
